Complaints Resolution

It is important to try and resolve any complaints you have regarding a service provided to you by a financial adviser. If you and the adviser have been unable to satisfactorily deal with an issue  you can contact the Financial Industry Complaints Service (FICS) for further advice.

Upon contacting the FICS you will be asked about the nature of your complaint and advised if FICS is able to assist you.  If the FICS is able to help you with your complaint, you will be asked to complete a complaints form and will then be taken through a three step resolution process.  There is no cost for this service.

For further information about FICS and the service they provide phone 1300 780 808 or visit www.fics.asn.au.
