AFA Pulse is a new Community of Practice designed to connect and support paraplanners and help them grow at every stage of their career.
AFA Pulse is about uniting as one community to support each other, but it is also about standing up in support of advisers and the work paraplanners do towards the common goal of delivering great advice to everyday Australians.
Paraplanners are often at the very heart of an adviser’s business. Pulse will enable us to empower paraplanners to feel more connected to their own community, share resources and learnings, and have their unique voice heard.
Pulse is open to all paraplanners from those who want a pathway into paraplanning to experienced paraplanners seeking opportunities for personal growth
Who can join?
Membership of the Pulse Community of Practice is open to AFA members who are Paraplanners or are looking to move into this area as a professional career choice.
This includes administrators who want a pathway to paraplanning, new paraplanners, experienced paraplanners looking to move into an adviser role and career paraplanners seeking opportunities for personal growth.
