Kerrin Glover, Client Experience Manager, Contract Paraplanning Services reveals why her love of helping people to achieve their goals led her to a career in financial advice and how she’s been able to pivot her business during COVID-19.

1.Why a career in the financial advice profession?

It’s pretty simple – I enjoy working with people to help them achieve their goals.  In my current role, that means helping advisers by providing quality paraplanning services (so they can spend more time doing what they love).

3.What advice would you give to your younger self?  

Reconsider the pink taffeta dress I wore to my high school graduation.

4. One thing you’ve changed in your business during COVID-19.

We are already experts at working from home. One thing we’ve done is increase our use of Zoom rather than phone calls. Communicating face to face is so much more engaging and effective.

5. What can we find you doing most weekends?

Gardening, with a focus on growing our own veggies (they taste so much better than the ones you buy in a supermarket).

6. Have you seen anything lately that made you smile?

My two crazy cats, Lenny and George.
