Compliments and Complaints

Members can make a complaint with respect to the actions, governance or operations of the AFA (please see AFA By-Laws Clause 71).  Complaints should be submitted either via email or in writing to the AFA’s registered address.  Any complaint from members will be assessed and investigated in accordance with AFA’s Complaints policy. Where the nature of the complaint necessitates independence, a panel of members will investigate the matter.
