Here’s your checklist of items required before submitting your event details:

  • Budget spreadsheet 
  • Sponsors logo

  • (File size for attachment is 128mb)

If you’re file is larger, please use your drop box folder and inform via the form when submitting. 

Post event

Step four

Email AFA Events team the completed budget spreadsheet (step two).

If you need to make an expense claim, please use the template below and submit both to AFA HQ with a copy of the receipt.

Changes to committee members

Any changes to the COP committee structure needs to be communicated to AFA HQ as soon as there’s a resignation or new member. You can do so very easily by filling out this quick and easy form below which goes straight to the relevant heads at AFA HQ. Each new committee member is required to sign an NDA which the AFA need to be fully aware of, and make changes internally if required.
