We will be recapping points introduced in last year's webinar and discussing the impact of assessment in policies with change of definition terms. We will also be joined by Toni Both (Easec) and Adam Baldock (Pivtl) who will guide us through the journey of supporting a client back to work capacity through a business coaching support service.

Meet our guest speakers 

Shannone Nelson
Shannone is a Rehabilitation Counsellor with tertiary qualifications in Psychology, with 14 years’ experience supporting customers across various insurance schemes and over 5 years working as an internal rehabilitation consultant in the Life Insurance industry. She has additional expertise in residential drug and alcohol programs as well as assessing Centrelink clients, offering a holistic perspective to her work.  She has a special interest in mental health recovery.

Toni Both
Toni is a registered Psychologist who has 20+ years experience working within the occupational rehabilitation industry. For the past 15 years her experience has primarily been in the Life Insurance space. She specialises in conducting high-quality initial, vocational and biopsychosocial assessments. She is also adept at thinking outside the box to empower clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Gen Casucci, Pivotl
Having trained as a qualified health professional with postgraduate qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and with substantial experience in the health and corporate sectors, Gen has spent the majority of the past 29+ years working closely with people who are adapting to and recovering from illness, physical injuries and mental health conditions.

Gen has concurrently personally owned and partnered in a number of business operations, in the areas of Allied Health, Professional Consultancy, Food Manufacturing, Hospitality, Events Management, Digital Transformation, Franchising and Export.
