Shane Hayes has been involved in the Financial Planning industry since 2002 and over the past 12 months he has embarked on his own self-licencing journey.
Working as both a Financial Planner and a Business Coach for a couple of the large institutional Dealer Groups, he realised that there has to be changes made to the way Financial Planners engage effectively with their clients as many industry participants have been hesitant to make the necessary changes due to political intervention and their own self-interest.
Shane will share with us some of his learnings from implementing a business model that challenges the accepted norms around planning, investing and client recruitment. Technology plays a major role in building systems and processes aimed at delivering an effective and efficient experience to his clients, ultimately allowing them to live extraordinary lives (as big or as small as that may be).
