AFA News 10 December 2021. On 24 November 2021, the Government released the independent report into AFCA. Please click here for a copy of Minister Hume’s media release.

The conclusion of the report is that AFCA is operating effectively and meeting its statutory requirements. The report makes 14 recommendations that have been broadly supported by the Government and AFCA.

One important outcome for members who are also authorised credit representatives is that they will no longer need to be members of AFCA.
