AFA News 20 January 2022. Existing financial advisers who had attempted the FASEA exam at least twice before the end of 2021 are entitled to continue to operate until 30 September 2022 and will have three further opportunities during 2022 to attempt the exam.

The Financial Adviser exam will commence in 2022 with the February sitting.  ASIC has announced that the February exams will be held over four days: Thursday 17/2, Friday 18/2, Saturday 19/2 and Monday 21/2.  Exams will be held in the following locations – Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Townsville and remote proctoring will be available.
